acquisitions for the Library of Congress Archive of Folk Culture,
(erstwhile "Archive of Folk Song,") of the American Folklife Center.
He has performed at over a thousand gigs & has three records on
Folk-Legacy which you should go out and buy immediately. (Direct from
them - you get the booklet free that way.)
Also Lecturer, General Good Guy and academician (although the editor's
family has suffered internecine warfare 30 years on how to pronounce it.
The editor avers it should be Ac'-ad-e-mic'-ian, from academic. The
Others that it's A-cad'emician, from academy. They're wrong.)
