George Washington Hill
b10/22/1884 (d9/13/46)
Hill was deeply sensitive
to the unfair secondary status of USian women. In 1927, as president of
American Tobacco Company, Hill geared the first tobacco advertising toward
women. Thus they were introduced to the manly pleasures of cigarettes.
She blew a puff from her cigarette
onto his steaming knob;
So utterly beat was Mexico Pete,
he forgot to do his job.
