Happy Birthday!
Norman Buchan
b10/26?/22 (d10/23/90)
Sadly, I know practically nothing of this particular Buchan. Not even
dead sure of the birthdate. But I am very pleased to own two of his
outstanding songbooks, The Scottish Folksinger and 101 Scottish Songs.
I refer to them often and urge them on anyone interested in singing any of
the stuff.
But even if there's no more than these two books, he did good.
